• The website dropbubbletea.si is operated by DROP (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”).

• Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Products and Pricing

• We offer DROP Bubble Tea Home Kit in three variants: Red Dragon, Tropical Blue, Smart Berries.

• Each kit contains 6 servings and includes all necessary components.

• The current retail price is €28.50 (VAT included).

• Flat shipping cost: €5 (tracked delivery).

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are placed via our website and confirmed by email.

• Payment methods: Stripe, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfer (pre-payment).

• Cash on delivery is not available.

• All payments must be made in advance to process your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €5 per order (tracked).

• Standard delivery time is 24–72 hours after dispatch, depending on courier and destination. Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting dropbubbletea.si.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including product descriptions, photos, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by dropbubbletea.si and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Liability

• We make every effort to ensure product accuracy and safety. However, we are not liable for:

  • Misuse of the product,

  • Allergic reactions not disclosed by the customer,

  • Delays or failures beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
